Are you looking for a brand new home or a resale property?
When you have identified what type of property you require, we will confirm your budget with you. Only then will we arrange a visit for you so that you can inspect the properties in your own time. We will identify a suitable and mutually convenient time with you to visit and you will view a specially selected portfolio of properties which meet all your requirements and budget.
We understand and are familiar with the environment, terrain, and social development of all of the countries we operate within and we are able to advise you on which property will suit you best.
We will take into account several criteria - is the purchase being made for you to live in now or at a point in the future? Is the purchase for investment only? Do you intend to let the property? Establishing how much time you want to occupy the property is paramount in your decision making.
When you have decided to buy, we will introduce you to an independent, English speaking solicitor to take care of all the legal requirements on your behalf.
